9:00 a.m. - warm up skill stations

9:30 a.m. - rally fundamentals (red ball, orange ball, green ball, yellow ball)

10:00 a.m. - break

10:15 a.m. - footwork fundamentals

10:30 a.m. - stroke fundamentals

10:45 a.m. - group fitness

11:00 a.m. - group games

11:30 a.m. - end of session


July 9-13, July 16-20

Camp Schedule - 1/2 Day and Full Day

Monday-Thursday

9:00 a.m. - warm-up and proprioception drills (10 minutes)

9:15 a.m. - stroke breakdown and drill session #1 (25 minutes)

9:45 a.m. - break

9:50 a.m. - stroke breakdown and drill session #2 (25 minutes)

10:10 a.m. - break

10:15 a.m. - serve and service return (25 minutes)

10:45 a.m. - group fitness (20 minutes)

11:10 a.m. - group game (20 minutes)

11:30 a.m. - morning session ends

LUNCH BREAK for FULL DAY CAMPERS 

2:00 p.m. - warm up and proprioception drills

2:15 p.m. - tactics breakdown and strategy drill session

3:00 p.m. - match play (singles and doubles) 

4:30 p.m. - afternoon session ends 


Friday

9:00 a.m. - camp tournament

11:30 a.m. - awards ceremony 

12:00 p.m. - check out for campers 





July 29-August 2

Overnight Camp Schedule

Sunday 

2-3:30 p.m. - Check-in and registration

3:30-5:30 p.m. - fed ball drill session 

5:30 p.m. - dinner and camp organizational meeting

6:30  p.m. - evening activity - tour Swarthmore and campus

9-10 p.m. - free time

10 p.m. - in room and lights out
